The Customer Agrees to the Refund Policy as Described

Refund requests are subject to individual review. The refund policy outlined in the Terms of Service does not guarantee a refund. Various factors are considered, including but not limited to: the number of followers received, payment date, unforeseen circumstances, contractual obligations, order specifics, past interactions with our services, and feedback from Customer Support.

Refunds are solely at the discretion of the Company and are not processed until a resolution or refill has been attempted. Customers must contact Customer Support for assistance before requesting a refund.

If a refund is approved, the credited amount will be refunded to the Saveinstafollowers credit wallet for future use. This typically occurs within 24-48 hours of approval. Refunds cannot be issued directly to the original payment method.

However, if customers prefer not to utilize the wallet balance or future services, a refund to the original source may be considered based on internal criteria. Upon approval, up to 70% of the funds may be refunded.

Refunds for Orders Not Received

Refunds for undelivered orders are considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted if the following criteria are met before the order was placed:

  • The customer’s social media account is and was set to public.
  • The correct social media username was provided.
  • The username was not changed before order completion.
  • The account or post remains active and adheres to platform guidelines.
  • At least 72 hours have passed since placing the order.
  • Customer Support has been contacted, and 72 hours have passed since an unsuccessful resolution or refill attempt.

Refunds for Drops in Followers or Likes, Incomplete, or Slow Orders

Requests for refunds due to service issues are assessed individually. These may include slow delivery, drops in follower or like counts, or incomplete orders. While we aim to provide the best service, we’re not obligated to issue refunds. If drops occur within 30 days of purchase, we’ll refill the service per package descriptions.

Refunds for Service Quality

Refund requests based on the quality of delivered followers or likes are reviewed case by case. While we strive for quality service, refunds under these circumstances are not guaranteed.

Refunds for Unexpected Service

Refund requests due to unexpected service are considered at our discretion. While we aim to meet expectations, refunds in such cases are not guaranteed.

Refunds for Untimely Cancellation

If a customer cancels a Billing Agreement prematurely, refunds may be considered at our discretion. In most cases, services for the remaining paid period are offered. Refunds may be applicable for untimely cancellations determined by the Company.

Refunds for Double or Incorrect Charges

In the event of double or incorrect charges due to additional payments or billing agreements, we’ll promptly refund the customer. This does not apply if the customer has received the service.

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, please contact our support team with detailed information. While we aim for fairness, refunds are typically provided in exceptional circumstances. Refunds may take up to 15 days to process, depending on your payment provider.
